We are pleased to welcome journalists and media professionals to apply for a complimentary Press Pass to attend the Asia PFAS & Emerging Contaminants Summit 2026 (APECS 2026) in Japan. This high-level summit provides a unique platform to report on the latest developments in PFAS management, emerging contaminants, water treatment technologies, regulatory frameworks, and environmental protection strategies shaping the future of water safety across Asia-Pacific.

Who Can Apply?

Accredited media representatives, including reporters, editors, broadcasters, photojournalists, and freelancers — are eligible for a Media Pass. Freelance journalists must provide a valid commissioning letter from a recognised media outlet or publication.

Media Pass Benefits:

  • Full access to the 2-day Strategic Conference

  • Entry to keynote sessions, expert panels, and networking receptions

  • Opportunities to engage directly with leading speakers, fuel producers, sustainability experts, policymakers, and technology innovators

  • Access to the post-event media kit, press releases, and official photography

Application Process:

All media attendees must complete the online application form. Each submission will be reviewed carefully by our team. As press capacity is limited, applications are accepted on a rolling basis. We reserve the right to approve or decline requests to ensure a high-quality media presence.

We appreciate your interest and look forward to your coverage of this important event advancing water safety, environmental protection, and PFAS solutions across Japan and the Asia-Pacific region.
